In a pre-launch event on October 14th 2018 we presented This Is Not an Atlas at in Genova. Libera Collina di Castello is a liberated space in the very historic center of Genova that, since occupied in 2011, hosts self-organized cultural activities – between the ancient walls and fragrant gardens of a former monastery. A group of activists and other citizens joint us to get to know Not-an-Atlas, to discuss the potential of counter-cartographies, and to imagine possible cartographies, to by applied in their respective local context and activities…
We thank Libera Collina di Castello for the friendly invitation to their splendid space, and for proving, once again, that the best ground for fruitful discussions is set by sitting together at a tenderly prepared dinner table.
